What shirt brand do you print on?
All Spoke On It standard t-shirts are printed on amazing quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend tees.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS - 4XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are UNISEX (mens) tees. Women may need to order one size down from their regular size.
Unisex XSmall is equivalent to a Men’s XS / Women's S
Unisex Small is equivalent to a Men’s S / Women's M
Unisex Medium is equivalent to a Men’s M / Women's L
Unisex Large is equivalent to a Men’s L / Women’s XL
Unisex XLarge is equivalent to a Men's XL / Women's XXL
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use primarily a screen printed heat transfer process.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints may fade slightly after being washed however they will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days to ship.
Shipping times may vary as all items are made to order. Once items have been created customers will receive a notification of shipment.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take longer to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to Covid-19 and for the health and safety of our company we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If there is an error with your order, please let us know within 7 days of purchase and we'll try our best to accommodate you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we try to be very accommodating, if you have an issue, send us an email at email@example.com and we will try our best to help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right.
